United Terraform, LLC is a privately held environmental technology and project development company focused on the beneficial conversion of organic waste streams, carbon management, and sustainable resource recovery.

United Terraform is privately owned and does not offer or solicit equity securities from the general public. The Company conducts its business through private commercial relationships, technology licensing, project development agreements, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships with qualified businesses, municipalities, agricultural operations, waste processors, lumber mills, and other organizations.

Corporate Governance

United Terraform is governed in accordance with its organizational documents and applicable law. Management maintains responsibility for corporate strategy, contractual relationships, financial oversight, regulatory compliance, intellectual property protection, and the responsible deployment of United Terraform technologies.

Material projects are evaluated individually before implementation. Depending upon the nature and location of a project, this process may include engineering review, environmental assessment, lifecycle carbon analysis, laboratory testing, regulatory review, monitoring protocols, and consultation with qualified legal, accounting, engineering, environmental, and tax professionals.

Environmental & Regulatory Compliance

United Terraform is committed to conducting its operations in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local environmental laws and regulations, including applicable requirements administered by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and relevant state and local regulatory authorities.

Because environmental, composting, waste management, agricultural, land use, air quality, water quality, and permitting requirements vary by jurisdiction and project type, United Terraform evaluates applicable regulatory requirements on a project by project and jurisdiction by jurisdiction basis before commercial deployment.

The Company expects its project partners and contractors to maintain all permits, licenses, records, monitoring procedures, and operational controls required for their respective activities.

Carbon Integrity & Verification

Where United Terraform projects seek participation in voluntary carbon markets, the Company designs its carbon accounting and monitoring processes to conform to the requirements of the applicable carbon standard and methodology.

For projects pursuing certification under the Puro Standard, this may include lifecycle assessment, measurement and documentation of project emissions, production records, monitoring, facility registration, independent third party validation and verification, and other requirements applicable to the selected methodology. Puro.earth requires verified carbon removal to represent a net removal of atmospheric CO₂, supported by lifecycle accounting and independent verification.

United Terraform supports transparent, scientifically defensible measurement and reporting so that environmental claims are supported by project specific data rather than estimates alone.

Engineering & Scientific Oversight

United Terraform's approach emphasizes measurable results. Projects may utilize independent engineers, laboratories, environmental professionals, carbon accounting specialists, and other qualified third parties to evaluate feedstocks, process performance, emissions, carbon retention, finished products, and environmental outcomes.

Where appropriate, lifecycle assessments and other technical documentation are prepared to establish the environmental performance of an individual project.

Ethics & Business Conduct

The Company does not tolerate bribery, corruption, fraudulent environmental claims, intentional falsification of monitoring data, or misrepresentation of carbon-removal results. United Terraform expects employees, contractors, partners, and representatives participating in its projects to conduct themselves according to the same principles.
